We work with you to set your criteria for referring eligible patients to Neurofenix. We handle evaluation and insurance verification, streamline enrollment, provide the Home Neuro Rehab Kit, assist with setup, and connect patients to their therapy care team.
A dedicated licensed therapist will evaluate your patient and provide a personalized therapy program. Progress is monitored weekly through remote sessions and novel technology. Maintenance programs are offered after program graduation.
Throughout the program, our team works with the referring provider to communicate the achievement of therapy goals and adherence. We send monthly progress resorts and work with your team to update the patient's medical records.
